I agree. Branson has some shows and Silver Dollar City is kinda fun, but for just riding you can beat the area around Eureka Springs. If you want out of the way eating, try Oark Café on Hwy 215.

Go to http://www.arkansas.com/motorcycling/. You can download a various rides that will take you to Branson. I think that the Pig Trail will eventually get you to Branson. Be careful with wildlife, a friend of mine hit a deer one afternoon and is into year 2 of a recovery.
Another vote for Oark, Arkansas for the Oark Burger. Just tell the waitress you want the Ozark Burger and watch her get mildly offended for mis pronouncing their signature burger. The switchbacks and roads are fantastic in this area.
yeah... get off 7 somewhere in the Jasper area. About halfway to Harrison is neat, but after that not much to it... or 65 up to Branson.
Cut over thru Ponca, make your way over to 21 and up thru Eureka area for sure. Longer but backroads and excellent riding. Get up in MO then work your way east to Branson. Too much to get everything in that area, just find what makes you go ooooohhh!

Go to www.motorcycleroads.com and then touch Arkansas. It will fill in a lot of great roads with descriptions of attractions along the way. Well worth the homework.
You're welcome.
Thanks for the replies oark café is what I am looking for The hidden gems like that make the trip more of a memory and a lots more fun We are staying in Branson because we can use a time share there saves $$$$ 75.00 for the week Also looking for a place in Hot springs for a Saturday night stay where they have a spa and safe place for the bikes ( surprise treat for wife) Please keep the ideas coming it is better to have to many to choose from than to few
spa city...aka Hot Springs... the arlington is right on the old bath house row. Lot of history. Inside garage. Haven't stayed there in a loooong time. Check it out. Suggest...not a recommendation. Know whutimean?
It is a very old hotel. But walking the strip is cool... and the hotel or the old bathhouses are an easy walk for spa services.
After I wrote this, I read several reviews that this place is kinda dilapidated. Just saying if you are a top notch kinda person.....might not be for you. It is within sight of the authentic bathhouses. You do need to visit this area.
