Took a ride to the Rutland area of Vermont from RI this past weekend. On the ride back from Rutland I ended up on Rt 103 to Rt 91. I must say Rt 103 was one of the better rides in the northeast I have had in a while. It's a great scenic road with varying views in solid condition.
Unfortunately I couldn't avoid the Mass Pike (Rt 90) to get back home where everyone and their brother were driving. Sure keeps you on your toes.

That is a good one....I think it intersects with RT 14 at some point and you can take that (a beautiful road and ride) all the way in to NH...Stop in to the 4 Aces Dinner for breakfast or lunch and then pick yourself a road south from there RT 5 maybe
