It's my first time heading to sturgis. What are my best ( most reasonable ) accommodations? 5 or 6 people going, cabin or camping is acceptable. We will probably stay Monday- Thursday.
I have friends that go every year. They always stay at Glencoe. Right now, the wristbands are $174 each for tent camping and it covers the full two weeks. We are going for our first time this year and have decided that is the way we are going.
We thought about Lamphere as many friends like that place and it is only like $28 per day but it is camping only. No entertainment. So we figured we would then have to pay for everything we wanted to do . Glencoe has entertainment that is all included in the wristband.
We, a group of 6 couples, always opted for a cabin.....nice comforts of home....but then we are not party people....but for 4-5 nights camping might be fun if we had no women around...someday we will get a hall pass.
Have fun....and don't drink and drive.
just off the last exit in Sturgis
nice showers and late night bar with
some grill food available.
2 blocks from McDonalds.
Walkable to downtown Sturgis
If you want to party stay at The Buffalo Chip...Wrist band includes camping and nightly entertainment.
We always stay down in the black hills near Keystone area..
