Can't give you an accurate read on that 141 road up to 200 from Helmville, but I suspect it's fine. You may have to make a phone call to the Copper Queen Bar to be sure. But once up to 200 and over to Clearwater Junction and then north on 83 to Kalispell will be a nice ride. A stop at Trixie's Antler Saloon at Ovando on 200 for a cold one might be in order. You could be parched. At Seeley Lake, Montana on 83 you should get gas because that nice store and gas stop further north at Condon burned down recently.
I rode 141 a few years ago and it is a nice road. I can't comment on the road conditions right now, but I don't remember that it was at all bad.
I second mtgriz's thought son both stopping at Trixie's in Ovando, and gassing up in Seeley Lake.
Highway 83 through Seeley and up past Swan Lake is a really nice ride. I like to do that one at least a couple times a year. There are lots of lakes up that way. If you feel like getting off the bike for a bit, you can stop at Holland Lake (a little bit off the road). There is a nice hike up to a waterfall on the other side of the lake.
A little ways past Swan Lake, you will come to an intersection with Hwy. 209. I would suggest taking that road to Bigfork. It doesn't make much of a difference in the distance, and it's a little more scenic. It meets up with 35 at the south end of Bigfork where as 83 meets up at the north end. Either road is a good ride though.
