West coast ride
We are now 6 days into our west coast ride. Have seen the Colombia River gorge and water falls. Seattle and all its glory. Rode the ferry to Bremerton for the blackberry festival, and then around the Olympic Peninsula to Forks, Wa. Went out to Cape Flattery, the most northwestern point of the continental US, and hiked to the end. This has been the highlight of the trip for me so far. Weather has been very cool and overcast with some rain, but overall good.

The weather and forecast for northern California are really nice right now. Should be a pleasant ride south for you. Will you be riding down the PCH? If so, it is always cloudy along the ocean. But it is unlikely you will hit more rain the further south you go.
