Short notice ride to north georgia
I am leaving Wednesday the 26th headed to Helen GA. Going to ride The Gauntlet on Thursday, and probably some more, and come back Friday.
I know that it is short notice, but if anybody wants to go on a trip north let me know.

How's the weather supposed to hold out those days? I don't mind rain when I have to or if it hits me far from home. This central Florida weather has been SUCKIN this summer. Sounds like a fun road trip though.

Weather for North Georgia for next three days in highs in the upper 80s and chance of rain 20 percent or less. Looks good for the time up there. Just have to dodge any rain on the way there or back. Should not be too big a problem.

I would love to be telling everyone about the great ride I had, but no go. Came home last night and the a/c was out. Called the landlord and now I am waiting for the repair company to show up. Well I will just have to go some other time.

Hate to hear you missed the ride Tom. The weather has been fantastic all week. High 50's to low 60's in the mornings and mid to high 80's during the day with a nice breeze all day. Hope you get the ac fixed soon.
