Thanks for sharing. I too road a lot of those roads as well this year. After Sturgis, I RODE OVER TO Cody and Yellowstone. When I left YS, I rode down to Steamboat and then Colorado Springs for Pikes Peak, then south to Dallas and home.
On the 21st of June we Started our Yellowstone experience. I found out on the first Morning that we would have a 50 mile ride to the east gate every day. The up side was just how much I loved the Scenery. The Temps. were pretty nice as well. It had gotten pretty warm riding into Cody from CO. The plan on our first day was pretty simple. We rode into Yellowstone and stopped at the Souvenir store near what is Called Fishing Bridge. Once we unloaded some hard earned $$$ on shirts and such we pushed on into the park. Our First stop was Upper and Lower Falls. Very nice there. From there we pushed on through the park. We had a ways to go since we would be eating lunch in Cooke City. From there we rode the Beartooth Hwy. I can say that the one area I liked the most was Lamar Valley. I have never seen that many Buffalo! That area to me was just Beautiful. The Following Pictures are Mostly from our First day in the park.

ok we have jumped to the Beartooth HYW here
In Red Lodge
I wanted to put these in, they were actually taken the next day at a spot we stopped at in Yellowstone. We6ibl3.jpg[/IMG]e were headed to Jackson.
The Reason these are not in order is because we kept switching cameras. The pic's I have are just a sample of the 3,400 my wife took from the bike. now that's its been a few months its hard to remember whats supposed to be in order.
Beartooth
Found this little Waterfall kinda on a side road
Ok, So more to come as we head to Jackson and See the Grand Tetons, plus more of Lamar Valley and Chief Joseph HWY

I have most of those pictures in my camera also( We were just out there in Sept), LOL!! I thought it was ironic that there was no fishing within a mile of the Fishing Bridge though!! Looks like you had a bit nicer weather than we did when you road Beartooth Hwy.
