Just returned this evening at 8:30 pm from the 115th anniversary in Milwaukee. We left last Tuesday.
Today we took the ferry (Lake Express) from Milwaukee to Muskegon, and then the 4 hour ride home.
I took numerous pictures of our trip and will begin posting tomorrow, along with comments.

Except for the weather it was a safe enjoyable trip.

Leaving Sarnia on Tuesday morning August 28, 2018.
Time to ride! Route will take us across into Michigan and north to our first overnight stop in Petosky, Michigan.
After a very soggy and windy morning ride up the lower peninsula we arrive in Petosky Michigan. The weather upon our arrival was also less than favorable.
Severe thunderstorms on Tuesday evening and overnight. The weather forecast also doesnt look very good for Wednesday.
All loaded up Wednesday morning ready to brave the elements.
Next destination is across the Mackinac bridge and around to Gladstone Michigan. Rain gear was a requirement this morning.

Forgot to throw in this group photo of us as we were leaving Sarnia on Aug 28th. Destination on Day 3 was our stop for the weekend at the Chalet Motel in Mequon, Wisconsin. We met up with some fellow riders (5 in all) from Sarnia, Ontario. Relaxing at the motel after the days ride. Once again we had to make a stop on the way to put on the rain gear. Sheeesh!
At this point we have now arrived for the 115th celebration weekend. Pictures, and they are numerous, will be posted in random order as we visited many places, dealerships and downtown Milwaukee.

And the celebration begins.
First stop Suburban Motors Harley Davidson. A parking lot full of bikes. Harley demos rides. Let’s check them out! Paul heading out on a 2019 Road Glide. Ready for the demo ride. A 2019 Fat Bob. George tried a Road Glide out also. The band at Surburban beer tent where we stopped for refreshments. After this photo onto to Milwaukee Harley Davidson.

You picked a great place to do the demo rides. I took a FXDR out there. Unfortunately it was Sunday and in the rain. As such I felt compelled to deviate from the approved route.
