If you are riding on 25E between Corbin Ky and TN. Take the side road to the Pine Mtn State Park. There is a nice winding loop to ride. Take the side road named Chained Rock rd. Go to the end and park. There is a over look of the city of Pineville.
There is a hiking trail down to the Chained Rock. It's approximately a half mile down to the rock. There is a sign explaining that the rock was chained to stop it from falling down on the city of Pineville. The links weigh about seven pounds each.

I have gone by there a couple thousand times and didn't know it was there. A friend told me about it a couple weeks ago. There is a restaurant there and some camping cabins. It's not much of a loop to ride mileage wise. But it is pretty. The views are worth the trip/hike.
