I'm thinking of going to Americade BUT because of work it would only be for June 8th only Get up there sat and leave sun. My question would be is it worth it? Do a lot of vendors and people leave by the last day? Its approx. a 4 hr. trip for me from CT. Thanks in advance.

Your biggest issue would be lodging. Most places want the whole week/weekend and don't want one nighters. If you have a place to stay it makes it much easier.
Saturday is really the big day (and night) in town and the vendors will be there in full force. Yes, they will start pulling up stakes on Sunday.

FYI, The Vendors are done at 5pm on Saturday. No Sunday at all.

 

At least the weather is on your side. It's been pretty crappy here all spring.
