Exporting GPX file on Ride Planner to Android
SO here is the issue. I have a 2019 RGS and have started getting sumping issues. I mentioned this to the dealership 6 weeks ago, they said it was fine. I took it back in last week and they said, oh...it looks like a sumping issue. 2 weeks to get parts and fix it.
The major issue is that in 2 days we set off and ride down through Czech Republic, Austrian lakes, over the Alps and across the Slovenian mountains, northern Italian coastline, into Slovenia, down the coast to Croatia, and then back.
I was more than just a bit pissed when the dealership said I would be doing it in the car and not on the RGS so they have loaned me a 2014 used Ultra that is in the used bike area. The problem I have is that it does not have the GPS. The trip we are doing is around 1,200 miles ( https://maps.harley-davidson.com/share/rides/XBEbwkImt ) and I have all of the route planned out on the Harley Ride Planner website. But when I export the gpx file and then import it into apps like OSMand or even into Google maps it shows just straight point to point lines for each waypoint as opposed to the specific route I have mapped.
Anyone else out there using the rdie planner but not uploading it directly to the infotainment on the bike? This is driving me mad.
Thanks
Tim
