Finally got a chance to ride up into the mountains! Our MC club did a rally at the tail. Freedom Cruisers came in from Texas to New Hampshire. We stayed a week and had a great time meeting all the other chapters/members. I've been a nomad since moving from Detroit michigan to Montgomery Alabama. So it was great meeting up with my old chapter and friends again. After a year off for extensive hand surgery it was amazing to be back in the saddle with friends again. If anybody from our club is a member on here, shout out. We may have gotten to know each other! It's been hard finding people to ride with around here. Most everybody I've come across is already in a club, or doesn't ride that much. So really puts a damper on setting up group rides.
Was the best time I've had in awhile. Can't wait to do it again. Pushed it a bit too much with the hand, but still managed to get a couple hundred miles in while there.
