A buddy and I are thinking of riding our Harley’s from Chicago to California. We would get the bikes shipped to Chicago but would like recommendations on who to use for shipping.

Can't advise on shipping as I'm in the UK but have just returned from doing the exact same trip and can confirm it was an absolutely amazing journey!!

Why not ride the bike to Chicago then back to California?

Too long of a ride that way, we want enjoy the trip with the time I have for vacation but it would be fun to see more of the country

What month(s) did you travel and how long did it take you? I was advised to consider the time of year to travel for the best weather. I’m thinking it would take at least 2 weeks.

Literally just returned!
Took us 2 weeks including a rest day and a day at the Grand Canyon.
