Google 404 Error

Thanks for building the "Interactive Map" Great idea however it doesn't work any more. Google says "URL not found". What needs to be done to make it work again? Anything? Too many updates or changes by Google and is not supported any longer?

Due to database changes at Google Maps the links to the initial map are broken. Therefor I started to create a new Worldwide Touring Info Map using all the info posted previously.
