I’m still waiting on my bike from Federal. Shipped from FL to CA. It’s been 5 weeks, several delays, and was supposed to get delivered last week but they claimed the driver called in sick. Left several messages and emailed but haven’t heard back in 3 days.
Not a fan of Federal, they are brokers not shippers. If the bike gets damaged, they make you deal with the shipping company and they are out of the conversation, though they happily took your money. We had a real bad experience with them, I do not recommend.
Recently used Haul Bikes, no problems and it is their truck and employee. Truck only had bikes in it, Federal puts your bike in a truck with all sorts of other freight, not cool. Good luck.

I wanted to follow up and say that I received my bike in perfect condition with no issues. Prepare for several delays but I would use again.
