Too many for me to list!
There's a lot of great routes through Oregon but since you're doing Lolo you should definitely do Rattlesnake grade and visit Joeseph and Wallowa lake.
I could route you a half dozen great ways to Crater Lake with lots of twisties and little traffic.
You should visit Jed Smith State Park near Crescent, City and walk the stout grove redwoods.

Just north of Hells Canyon we rode the Washington version of The Dragon, Hwy 129. It was a very nice ride.

Craters of the Moon NP in southern Idaho, Mt St. Helen's is also a worthy detour.

I'm doing a coast-to-coast ride in June. Passing thru many of the same areas. I'll post areas of interest as the ride goes on.

I'm headed out to that corner of the country from FL in August. I'll boogie into ND then slow down through MT into WA. Looking to hit a few coastal towns on the ride down into northern CA then loop back through OR and ID before heading back to FL.

Coastal towns on my list include Astoria, Cannon Beach and Tillamook. Few sights on my list include Redwood National and State parks, Crater Lake National Park and Craters of the Moon.

I have been up and down the Oregon coast couple of dozen times and through Hells Canyon half a dozen times… As a matter fact, there are very few roads in the west that I haven’t been on…

here’s my suggestion… The Oregon coast Highway is best ridden from north to south… That’s because the view is in front of you until you’re right, as opposed to behind you and to your left… Also… All of the pullouts are on the Ocean side of the highway… So you don’t have to cut across traffic to get to them or get out of them…

… I also believe that Hells Canyon is best ridden north than south… Again for the views…

… the route I would choose would be from Missoula, down the Lolo And continue West, as opposed to going through Hells Canyon at that point… Work your way to Yakima… And then ride to Mount Rainier and go up to the main parking lot… The roads are wonderful…

… from their work your way down to Mount Saint Helens and go up to the top… once you get back off the mountain head down to Longview… And then take the road on the north side of the Columbia river, so that you can cross the Astoria bridge…

… now head down to Crescent city… figure on two or three full days for the coast, depending on how often you wanna stop and take pictures and where you wanna stay… Just south of Florence, you can rent dune buggies… I’ve done that… And it’s a lot of fun…

… Once you get down to Crescent city you want to days while you’re there so that you can walk amongst the Giants… About 45 minutes south of Crescent city is the main information building… you want to check that out… it’s just a bit south of Klamath…

… once you’re ready to head back east go up to crater Lake, and plan to spend a full hour or two riding around it and visiting the information center…

… head back out to Highway 97 and you’re going to go all the way up to Bend… It’s a horrible road… Boring and lots of traffic… But it’s really the only way you can get to the next section…

… now head north the highway 26… Stay on it all the way to Highway seven… And work your way to Baker…

… you will take highway 86 to the southern entrance of the Hills Canyon Road… You’re gonna need to look for it… But after you leave Baker make sure you stop at the Oregon trails interpretive center… It’s just a little bit east of town and absolutely worth it…

… work your way through the Hells Canyon Road and make sure you go out to the lookout which is may be a half an hour from the bottom… Keep on working their way up to the northern entrance and then over to Joseph… I really like that little town and there’s a nice motel and several good restaurants… And if you’re into American West history just south of it is the chief Joseph gravesite… If you go down to see it, make sure you take a trinket with you… You’ll see why when you get there

… once you leave Joseph head up to Lewiston… about an hour down the road at the bottom of first grade. There is a great restaurant that serves wonderful pie and milkshakes…

… up the hill and over rattlesnake pass… And then work your way to Lewiston… There’s a lot of very nice twisty roads in that section…

… after Lewiston, I would suggest running up to Coeur d’Alene and then Sandpoint, and then head east on highway 200 towards Missoula… But once you get down to Highway 93 go north up to Saint Ignatius and find the church… I think it’s open till about 4 o’clock in the afternoon… you wanna go in there and take a look at the murals that are painted on the ceilings… It’s truly amazing…

… As you get into this, if you have any questions at all about what is where don’t be afraid to ask me and I’ll do the best to give you a good answer…
