Summer 2025 we left Deadwood and headed to Sheridan Wyoming.
Next day we took Route 74 West out of town (well maintained dirt) to 14/14A to go up Medicine Wheel and then to Cody for lunch. After lunch, Chief Joseph Highway to Beartooth Pass all the way to Red Lodge for the night.
That right there was a great motorcycle day.
Next day Beartooth all the way to the Northeast entrance of Yellowstone, four days in the park.
Sep 2025, lolo was above average for the popo so ripping through it is risky beartooth is cool, make your way up and down beautiful roads but nothing challenging Yellowstone can suck despite beautiful views, tourists in cages that stop in road instead of pulling over. But the west has some amazing roads

I really enjoyed Yellowstone. Accessible.

I enjoyed them both but I think Canadian rockies are best. If you don't have enough time at least do Columbia icefield. Day ride from glacier
