Route 66 /CA. trip

A buddy and I are headingfrom TN.to CA. and we're wanting tohit thehighlights of Route 66 along the way.We probably won't pick it up until OK. on the way out, but does anybody have any suggestions for the must-see sites? We're going the last 2 weeks of May....Thanks.

Seligman, Az to Kingman, and then Kingman to Needles through Oatman, Az.

Did 66 last spring, it is so EZ to miss things, but DONOT miss Oatman AZ. really no place to stay there but the ride up and out is wonderful. Have a great ride.
