I went on a fantastic run over the weekend. It was the first ride of the year. It had a couple of great causes. One was to mamorialize a fallon CHP officer Andy Stevens who was killed in the line of duty. Andy was the President of the Auburn CA HOG chapter. Also the run helped donate money to help a 10 year old girl who has type II diabetis and has to check her blood every two hours. We raised money to buy her an inculyn pump that can monitor and adminnister drugs as needed. The weather was perfect, what a great day.[sm=americanasmiley.gif]

Jt, I had heard it was a great Run. A few from our Yuba City Hog club participated. I headed for Redding on that day. I had agreed to lead a group back in early Feb. before I had heard of this event. I'm glad some good could come from such a tragedy. Did you buy your bike in Auburn? Are you affiliated with the Hog club? Glad you had a good time. maybe we can hook up sometime, you're only about an hour away. Gene
