After Riding from Prescott, AZ to Lake Havasu City, AZ we, Kat and myself decided that it was to hot to go back through the Great Arizona Outback. So we decided to go back on Old Route 66 thru Oatman, AZ.
Of course we were greeted at the city limits by some burros
A bit further on we saw some nice looking old cars parked by the side of the road
then another
and another
Yet one more
Kat stopped to admire this one
Turns out we had happened on a custom/antique/exotic car exibition run 800+ cars entered for judging and Oatman was the lunch stop. Wish we could have spent more time there.
The cars were still streaming in from Kingman as we left
Thanks for the pics and the report. Oatman has always been one of my favorite places when at the Laughlin river Run, or any time we are in that area. I am a real fan of Rt. 66 and ride it any time I get a chance.
