I am looking to take a road trip to the Florida Keys. Where would be the best place to rent a bike for the trip. I am flying from NY and would like to hit a couple of the keys over a 5 day trip. Any suggestions, places to stay, where to rent, great beaches etc.
for rentalshil peterson north store is reachable from ft lauderdal and also miami international...bruce rossmeyer sunrise or ft lauderdale might be the closest to ft lauderdale airport.

Try the HD dealer in FT Myers florida. Nice ride across us-41 to and can ride back several ways. You can fly into Ft Myres international airport from most large ports. Just to be different you could take a highspeed ferry from ft myers or naples to Key West ,enjoy a couple days in key west, ferry back and then rent and ride some other parts of florida just as nice for several days..
You can hit all the keys in 5 days.....we stayed in Marathon and rode to Key West 2 days in a row....as for places do a search for Key West in this Road Trip section or the Southeast section of the Regional Ride section below...
