Caverns and Caves.....

Caverns and Caves.....
My wife wants this year's road trip (starting in Nova Scotia) to include a tour of some caverns and caves. Sort of like those in Luray, VA or Carlsbad, but maybe not so far from us. Any ideas out there? Thanks.

Here in MO Meremac Caverns gets all the billboard space, but Onondaga Cave is much better. It has some beautiful rooms and lots of formations. Mammoth Cave in Kentucky is cool. Jewel Cave in SD is a great cave to visit. Wind Cave is nearby and a good one, too. Best I could come up with off the top of my head.

Organ Cave in WV is very interesting...a lot of civil war history. KY/WV are full of caves.
