You haven't had a cold water experience until you've tried a dip in Lake Superior.
If you have *********, you'll find them somewhere near your belly button after a swim. Can't rightly say what effect the experience has on female anatomy except for the obvious chest related one of course.

If you're sight seeing, swing over to Taylor's Falls, MN. Nice little town with some great hiking around the cliffs next to the river. Great place to stretch the legs.

I know you're trip is probably already over, but if anyone else is looking to do something similar, and you're in the mood for a meal around southwestern Wisconsin, do yourself a favor and take the hwy 95 out of Fountain City Wisconsin to Hansen's Hold-up...great food and atmosphere. Very biker friendly and the ride along 95 to get there is phenomenal riding along the top of a ridge with steep drops to the left and right. Have lunch on the deck and look over a steep valley. One of my favorite places to visit in the area.
