great pics We were there in the spring but had to go around the lake as the road was closed for some reason they were turning traffic around said it would be about two hours before it was open.

My girl and I were just there over the weekend. So, I guess the dam road will be closed to through traffic when this project is completed. I have been driving over the dam since I was 8. Kind of sucks that we live in a world where we have to live in fear of terrorism.

Yeah I heard they are suppose to close the road to through traffic when the bridge opens in November, I also wish they would keep it open I like the curves going to and from the damn, and I think it would be nice to ride them without so much slower traffic. I rode through there yesterday, did a rosies den breakfast run, before the wind started howling.
