SLC to Big Bend NP

I'm planning a trip from SLC to Big Bend National Park. I am still debating whether or not to go through southern Colorado or Northern Nm on the way down. I will be going through So. Colorado, Nm, and of course Texas. What are the MUST rides through Nm? Which is the more scenic route in the Big Bend area, the US 385 or the Texas 110?

I recommend you be sure to include the Texas Hill Country in your trip and allow 2 days to wander around. This is the best riding Texas has to offer IMHO...look at area SW of Austin, W of San Antonio...lots of info if you do a search here. I have a couple posts myself and a video on here somewhere. I also recently posted ref Big Bend. Very different country but both unique riding areas. John
