weekend trip from SF bay area
Just got an FXDX and will soon be lookin to take some kind of weekend road trip. It would be me and my fiance on the bike with minimal luggage. We were thinking of going down to Hearst Castle, anyone been there ? What other destinations would be a fun/scenic ride for a new Harley owner ?

On the way down to Hearst cruise by Pacific Grove. Absolutely stunning beauty along the coast. It's actually better than 17 mile drive that you can't do on a bike. This is a destination ride. I lived in Salinas for several years and worked on the coast and would take a cruise over to Pacific Grove just to get lunch and check out the ocean. There are so many different colors of blue in the water that you won't believe what you're seeing. It's a must see must do trip when you head down hiway 1.
