Yeah, don't get too close to the Buffalo! You will see some fools do that, but if they are able to ride away without a bulls horn in their azz they were just lucky.
plan a few rides. there is alot to do around there. its all in what you like. if your a party animal go to the buffalo chip, they have good concerts. buy your tickets now!online, they go up durring the week. if you like it quieter, try hog heaven, or glencoe, they kinda shut down at night. you have almost no chance in hell to get anykind of motel. and if you do $200-$500 a night. you will get rained on, so bring gear and pack everything in plastic trash bags inside your pack.
burnout contest on main st. sundance wyoming is awesome!! gotta ride up to devils tower too!
iron moutain road is the coolest road in the world. pigtail bridges! these bridges go in a full circle above themselves. mt. rushmore is neat if youve never been there. don't expect to get anything to eat at rushmore, i think all they serve is icecream...lol
Lots of good advice. I pack my clothes in big zip-lock before putting them in my duffle. We always get wet, It never fails. I found some sun-block with Zinc (get it at Target)
Works the best for me. Depending on time out there....don't try to do it all in one trip, save some for next time you go out. If you go to the Badlands, try to get out there real early in the morning........(depends on how bad your head hurts)the place is Amazing at or near Sunrise. Been going for years and every trip is a marvelous experience.
