1st Trip on New Softtail Custom

My beautiful wife and I made our 1st trip on our new 2010 Softtail Custom on Friday. We went down to the Alabama Gulf Coast 320 miles on the back roads. This is our first Harley and love it. There were no tarballs on the beaches water was great. Had some cold drinks and lay in the sun. Hit some rain on the way back Sunday but ride was better than I could have imagined.

Sounds like a great trip...It is good to hear you didn't worry about your bike melting in the rain!!! Some guys avoid the rain like the plague

I'll spend some quality time with the bike this evening and she will be all purty and shiny again.
