Western Md, W.Va. Roads
Heading to Deep Creek, Md & W.Va area on Saturday. We have Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Heading back to Deep Creek on Wednesday. We have been in Pa and Va many times. Looking for some new, good roads and things to see in the Deep Creek and W.Va. area. Thanks!

We are setting up camp at east coast on saturday.Riding for four days then doing east coast wed-sun. Been there since first year when they could not get enough volunteers for demolition derby. It is an awesome time.Thank you though.

If it's the Deep Creek Md near the WV line (there are 8 Deep Creek Md on mapquest) then you are in a geat place to ride WV. Take 219 south as far as you want then pick any road (33,250,39) across to 220 north. Points of interest along the way- Seneca Rocks, Germany Valley, Snowshoe Mtn, Cass Railroad- all depends on how far south you want to ride. To the west check out Cathedral State Park and Rt 50 is a good ride to Clarksburg. Tour of the old Moundsville state prison is also interesting.

Thanks for all your responses. We just got back 1500 miles later. Very little interstate. Visited Cass Scenic Railroad, Seneca Rocks, Greenbank Astrological Satellite, Phillipia covered bridge and rode some awesome roads along the way. Lived whole life in Maryland and this was the first time we travelled in that part of West Virginia. No traffic and gorgeous roads. Routes 219, 33 and some of 50. It was hard to find a bad road actually.
