Default Hell's Canyon Honeymoon

We got married on July 17th. The following weekend we reserved a night at Hell's Canyon Bed & Breakfast. We headed out of Boise up 55 to McCall, then west to New Meadows.
Then South on 95 through Council, Cambridge.
Then North up 71 to Oxbow.

Beautiful ride! We loved it so much we decided to take the same route back instead of hitting the freeway to get home.

The owners at HC B&B were the coolest people, and also riders.
We sat around and talked at breakfast like friends before leaving...

A little over 500 miles RT
We definitely plan on going back....

Here's a link to pics and the route we took:

Nice photos

I have always wanted to ride the old US routes cross country since 1970. Another summer I have to put it off.

What is that strange circular spikey thing by the seaside? I didn't notice any captions for your pictures, but I was also too impatient as I wanted to get to the next pic!

Looks like a great ride, thanks for the pics!
Congrats on the wedding!

That's a Sculpture made from copper that's sitting on the lake shore park in McCall. It's also for sale for $1500....Nice piece, and made for some cool shots!
