Seattle, WA
.
Depends on where you are starting from in Oregon and where you want to end up .
You can take 101 up the coast all the way to Port Angles WA and take a ferry to Victoria BC on Vancouver Island that’s a nice ride if it isn't raining .
If it's raining you may want to go into central OR where it is usually drier .You can go by way of Crater Lake and Bend OR in to central WA again drier then western WA .
There are several passes in WA that would bring back towards Seattle from central WA .My favorite is and a beautiful ride is HWY 410 Chinook Pass it takes you into Mt Rainer NP south of Seattle .
My least favorite is Snoqualmie Pass I-90 brings you right into Seattle but is boring.
Stevens Pass HWY 2 another beautiful ride brings just north of Seattle.
Another pass is the North Cascade HWY 20 almost to the Canadian border is great ride as well.
Everything depends on where you start from and want to end up. Be flexible mainly because of the weather. By the way it doesn’t always rain Seattle. Most of our rain is in the Fall & Winter our summers are dry.

From Yakima, there are two or three ways you can go...like Skydrifter said, Chinook Pass Hwy 410 is awesome...but I'd not go straight to Seattle unless you are really on a tight time schedule. Take the side trip to Mt Rainier National Park and Paradise inside the park...DON"T MISS PARADISE...they call it that for a reason...
White Pass Hwy 12 is probably not as picturesque as Chinook, BUT if you follow it onto Packwood, and then onto Morton, you;ll see a bit different climate in Washington State...it is like another territory...the Packwood Morton Valley...can't explain it but is cool. Then in Morton head north to Elbe where you'd come out if you took the side Trip to Paradise and Mount Rainier.
If I had the choice and it was my first time, and I had a couple extra hours, I'd go Yakima/Hwy 410, Turn onto Hwy 123 Cayus Pass to where it turns off into Mt Rainier National Park to Paradise in the National Park, come out of the Park in Ashford, (State Route 706 turns into State Hwy 7 or "Mountain Hwy"...same road depending on who calls it) onto Elbe, to Eatonville Cutoff Road, to Eatonville, turn right in Eatonville at the four way stop and that will put you on State Hwy 161. A quarter mile out of Eatonville at the bottom of the hill, turn right onto Orville Road East and that will take you along Ohop Lake, and onto Kapowsin. At Kapowsin (a four way stop) is a good place for a Hamburger, Fry's, and a Beer at the Kapowsin Tavern...(BIKER FRIENDLY)...turn right at the Four way Stop (still on Orville Rd E. to Hwy 162 T-Left to Orting. Orting has a good place to stop for a beer and whatever at the Firehouse Tavern...(Biker Friendly) and onto Sumner and back to Hwy 410 then up Hwy 167 to Seattle via I-90, and I-5. This is a backroad but is worth it. NICE Country roads, twisty's, farmland...rural...etc...no disappointments.
