Pierre SD Camping

Our crew is considering making an overnight stop at Pierre on the way to Sturgis. The stop would be on Saturday the 6th of August and is about 500 miles from our start point. We'll probably have about 8 bikes and another friend trailing his bike with us. (The friend has Cancer and cannot ride this far). I see there are some Corp of Engineer parks just north of town, any suggestions for a cmapground would be appreciated.

Check out the city parks.
Most towns along the way will let you pitch a tent in their parks overnight at no charge.
Plus you're in town for gas and groceries.
It's real convienient.
