Rode it last Wednesday....in the rain. Great ride up and down.

We're heading up Thursday from South Texas. Hope to ride Evans. Did Pikes Peak 2 years ago which was awesome.

I heard that they close the road to the top of Mt. Evans after Labor Day. Is that regardless of the weather, or is it possible to get to the top if weather permits toward the end of September? We are heading that way around the 18th or 19th of September -- riding the P 2 P highway down from Estes for a long day trip.

Great pic's BTW... Looking forward to getting up there as far as possible.

They close it when we get the first snowstorm, you might be OK if the weather holds on.

I went up it 2 years ago. It was neat to ride up to that elevation although I did'nt care to ride back down the same way.Would have been better to be able to keep going if you know what I mean.

Rode it last year in a foggy drizzle with a thunder storm on the way. Pretty wild! The cars you meet coming down will take their half out of the middle.

that's the honest truth about the cars! you look at some of them and they have the deer in the headlight look, and their in a cage for god sake!
