We stayed in Ruidoso and at a cabin in Cloudcroft. Had a great time! Last night we checked into a Cloudcroft cabin, went to the liquor store and grabbed some Crown and a couple of liters of coke - started a big fire in the fireplace and the story's got bigger and bigger as the night went on! Ended up taking 82 down - I nicknamed it the roller coaster. It was so much fun we went back to the top and did it again! This has been the best trip we have taken in a long time!

I had an apt behind the downtown liquor store in CC summer of 74 while we built a large family cabin. Modified A frame sleeps 12 comfortably. Up on Victoria St above the Ranger Station looking down on the tennis courts. CC was a hamlet back in the '70s. My only sub par golfing rounds in my life are on that little course at 9,000 ft.
Have any carbed bikes? 82 has one hell of an elevation change. Cant wait to see the pics.
