Florida Trip
Hi guys
Planning a trip to ride from Orlando down to the Keys and back up through west side of Florida in early June but have been told its rainy season and will rain almost every day. Any truth in that, appreciate any help and advice. Thanks guys.

I rode from Richmond, VA to Key West and back in early June 2011. Great trip and NO RAIN the entire trip. You can view the pics on the picture tab in my blog below. (Did not "blog" during the Key West trip).

Well, it is the 'wet season', but with good rainwear, you will be comfortable and dry. It's not uncommon to get afternoon thunder showers several days in a row, but they are often short lived. Since temperatures are warm, it's not a big deal. You just have to get used to a dirty bike every time it rains.
