(looking for ideas) Easter Weekend Trip NC to Florida

We are planning a trip to Florida Easter Weekend. We have already done Key West, and been to Daytona too many times already. Looking to stay at a beach front hotel with some night life. We are checking out Panama City Beach, and Ft. Lauderdale.
Is there anything going on in Florida that weekend that might be of interest?

ok, we are going to Panama City Beach for 3 days. Looking for riding ideas. We will ride one of the days to Biloxi, MS. The next day we may ride down the Gulf Coast towards Tampa.

I'm in Virginia, thinking of going to Pensacola Florida on the 11th to watch the Blue Angels practice. It's 1000 miles each way for me tho. Still deciding if it's something I want to do...

I guess Blown Alcohol is already at the beach or about to head home. Sawbones, I was thiniking about riding down to see the practice last Friday. I talked with the guy down there, he said get there early. They open the gates at 730. He said they had a traffic jam that day. 8-9000 people there to watch practice.
