Heading up to laconia for bike week.Love to ride all day and no drinking. At night I love to drink and no riding. We will be camping looking for a campground thats fun at night or a bar close enough to camppground to WALK to. In sturgis we stayed at buffalo chip and Daytona at cappage patch.
If you haven't been there, hook up with the folks at laconia.net. Very helpful and friendly. Helped me out a ton when I went.
If they aren't still on the net.....make sure you ride the Kankamangus and go up Mt. Washington on a bike only day. I ended up riding all the way to Bar Harbor Maine and enjoyed every minute and mile on my trip around New Hampshire.
If you want a nice ride from Laconia for a day, head up to Rageley, Maine in the western mountains of Maine.
Take Rt 16 north out of Berlin all the way. Look out for moose...They will NOT look out for you.
