Curious as to the condition of the Outer Banks since Hurricane Sandy hit.
Planning a trip in August. Staying near Duck or Kill Devil Hills area and doing some day trips from there. Would like to ride to Cape Hatteras Light House but don't know if the roads are still there. NC DOT website says that the roads are now open. Just looking to get some feedback.
And if anyone from the area can help me out, I have some questions.
Why is the end of August cheaper for rentals? Is it that kids are back in school? Shops are still open, right?
Any must do's?
Last time I was down there was about 7 yrs ago. This time the plan is renting a house with friends and doing a few day trips, some beach, some fishing.
If I asked you if there were any large breasted beautiful women in the outer banks, do you think you can take off tomorrow, find some, and post some pictures!
