This is good information at a glance I hope, but in the case of Texas its not really the whole story.
We passed SB1967 with Senator Carona in 09 to rewrite our current helmet law. Unfortunately the vast number of motorcyclists in Texas don't have a clue what the law states.
Everyone must wear a helmet in Texas.
There are exemptions if you and or your passenger are over 21. These two exemptions must be provided to a peace officer if requested in a Terry Stop or upon request during a routine traffic infraction.
1. You can prove medical insurance coverage of $10k or more
OR
2. You have completed the MSF riders course.
Most Texans don't carry such proof on our persons and are subject to fines for not wearing a helmet. I carry both forms of proof but choose to wear 99% of the time while riding.

This is just a correction. Everyone must wear a helmet in Alabama. So your map should read AL YES. Hope this helps.

If they click on the thumd nail they can see the actual up to date map the writing in red on the post is old information i had put out and then realized it was out of date. The thumb nail is current . Maybe i'll just delete the writen portion and put in to click the thumb.
