Do a search for Sugarloaf Mountain and vicinity. There's a whole network of roads that take you South of Leesburg torward Clermont and vicinity. Mt. Dora has some scenic roads around it. Heading North toward Ocala you have the whole Ocala National Forest at your disposal. East you can easily hit the beach around New Smyrna and Daytona.
