Extended Road Trip from South Texas to Pennsylvania
Guys I am taking a trip in June from South Texas, to Gettysburg, PA. Plans are to go hit the Pig Trail in Arkansas, across Kentucky and West Virginia then into Pennsylvania. The trip back will be the Blue Ridge Parkway, Deal's Gap and several other of the rides through the Great Smoky Mountains.
Any suggestions to the obvious rides would be very welcome, thanks in advance.

Probably the best riding in PA is the entire NW quarter of the state. Great roads, scenery, things to stop & see, and biker friendly restaurants. It's a good 3 to 4 hour ride, north of G'sburg. I live up there, and can help you if you're going north toward upstate NY, but I don't know much about the southern routes, and won't try to give you any "advice!"

Thanks, I will be there for four days June 4-8. We can probably enjoy an adult beverage while I am there at least.

I live not to far from Gettysburg. I highly recommend stopping at the blue and gray bar and grill while there. Right on the square in Gettysburg. Great food and of course the adult beverages lol. Was there twice last week.
