Left Nashville on Saturday and arrived in Daytona Sunday afternoon. Had a great ride with exception to a rear tire blow out in atlanta. Kind of shocked me, considering I had the local dealer put a new tire and tubeon 2 days before the trip.A local harley rider stopped to give assistance. He then went to his house and got his trailer to haul me to the Big dog dealership in Mcdoungh for repair. These people were very freindly and stayed open past closing to repair me. The mechanic stated that my local vendor had twisted the tube, not once, but twice and it was fused together causing a dime size hole to appear.3 hours later back on the road and happy to report,smooth riding.
It was our first time inDaytona during bike week and ever type of bike you could imagine was there. Was a great time and total ride of 2200 miles. If you've not been, I would recommend going at least once.
