Was surprised I didn't get much on a search. Be using it solo and looking for something that packs small and is actually water proof and simple to erect. I looked at that the Walmart jobs and they look to be a glorified trash bag.
If you don't mind spending a little for quality you can look at the Big Agnes Seedhouse 2.
We used ours on our last three week road trip and it was perfect for the two of us. Weighs less than 2lbs and folds up smaller than most rain suits. Also has an external frame so set up is quick and easy.
Do yourself a favor and go one-person size larger. Ie: If solo, buy a two-man tent; two of you, buy a three-man tent. You'll appreciate having a little more room to keep your clothes, gear inside the tent rather than on the ground outside.

In my research I have yet to find a bad review of the Big Agnes Seedhouse SL...it comes in a 1,2,& 3 man size and packs down small. I haven't used it but am leaning towards it.
good info. If you are going to use this tent a few times a year.. cheaper may work. REI some kelty, Eurekas, Big agnes, some tlc and seam sealer will last a long time. Cabelas has good ones down to the same as the glory bag wally world type you saw.
The real difference shows when you spend all day in the rain in one or when using once a month or so. Lots of set up, metal or fiberglass poles, floor made out of a good material, ride out a storm, summer or year round use. Issues that make a diff
