I keep getting told Rush mufflers aren't performance minded. Stage 1 at the most. Is there anyway to increase the performance of my 1.75" baffled Rush mufflers or should I just scrap them for something else?
There are better performers out there like a 2 into 1 if you are worried about squeezing out every ounce out of your bike.
I like the sound of Rush, and many others. I also like my bike to perform as well as it can but honestly if you like the sound and the look thats what matters.
Installing our slip-on mufflers on a stock bike you can expect about a 5 hp gain. The 2.00 is our best overall performaning baffle for bikes with no catalytic converter. If you have a converter in the stock headpipes, our 2.25 or 2.50 baffle will be the best performer.
If you are really looking for some numbers, our 2:1 system is the way to go. This system has performance increases that are similar to the most popular aftermarket 2:1 systems out there. It is ceramic coated inside and out to reduce heat. Please let me know if you would like some more info. Thanks for choosing Rush.
