I am looking at purchasing my first Harley Davidson, a 2002 Dyna FXDWG3 CVO, 2800Miles, Mikuni Carb, 95Kit, Chubby Bars, TAC in very clean condition asking $16000.
It doesn't come with a warranty, I can only purchase a Performance Plus warranty for $2800. Adding that to the cost of the bike should I purchase a NEW HD.
Has anyone taken a Dyna cross country? How is the ride on the Dyna Wide Glide?
Should I go without a warranty and take the chance of any failures?
hey vj
you can by mine but its a 2001 fxdwg2 i have all paperwork commenerative keys all orig with 10k miles scarlet red with 22k gold on tak and fenders in 100% pristine shape and always garaged
$13.5k
There are more comfortablechoices for riding across country - you can do it on a dyna, but you won't be that comfortable. I would use a dyna for around town and 150-300 mile day/weekend rides. I am sure that others might have different opinions, I would just perfer more comfort on the longer rides.
