OP if you're getting ragged on for being too picky, then I say fuggem. I'm picky as hell also. I like my bike perfect. I hate it that you pay top dollar for HD and get less than top quality stuff. I love my CVO, it has had it's share of problems, and I think most of them should never occur with a $30.000 MOTORCYCLE. It's almost as if they are built to fail. HD knows damn well that there is a much larger profit made when folks swap out inferior parts for the ones that should have been installed in the first place.
