fuel sending unit???
fuel sending unit???
so my 04 cvo has an issue with the fuel gauge. once it starts to get to about 3/4 of a tank the needle moves. a lot...like it will bounce between full and 1/2 and it continues all the way to empty (or reserve) I think its a fuel sending unit. are they hard to replace or is it an easy fix for a layman whit out any practical wrenching knowledge

It's the best money you will ever spend. To answer your question it is a fairly simple fix if you are mechanically inclined have the needed tools and have a service manual for your bike. Wish I could be more helpful.
