Oil Pressure Issue.

I have a 05 Electra Glide CVO 103. Friday I got on the bike and took off looking down at my gauges I noticed my oil pressure gauge needle was slamming against 60. As I would slow down the pressure would drop to around the average levels of 32-35. Upon accelerating it would jump back up to 60. After a few minutes of riding it would level itself back off and stay at normal levels. The bike is running fine doesn't seem to be having any issues besides the gauge. I got home and did a full oil change hoping it would help. It did a little the gauge still shoots off to 60 but levels back off at 32-35 faster and stays at normal levels after a few minutes. Any ideas or suggestions? I had a brother say it could possibly be a short in the sensor or wiring pinched in the fairing.

Could be the oil filter, short in the electrical wiring or the oil pressure sending unit. Is it only doing it when cold or all the time on acceleration?
