Default Ful Sac

Looking for info on Ful Sac inserts for CVO. How is the volume and sound compared to aftermarket like Rush, Rinehart with 1 3/4, 2, etc. Did a search and didn't find what I wanted.

I just installed the 2.0 full sac on my '15 FLXSE, better than stock and slightly quieter than Reinharts or V&H. Get the header from full sac as well, you won't be disappointed!

Running the 1.75 baffles on a '15 RGU with FM 2-1-2 head pipe. Like the sound idling and touring. Its maybe a touch quiet for running around town. Would probably go with the 2 inch if not doing longer trips but I dont like loud. Lots of people running the 2 and 2.25 inch baffles doing long trips.

I'm running the Fullsac header and 2'' cores with no packing. Also the TTS tuner. Started with the 2 1/4" cores and at 70 + mph were a little loud for all day interstate riding. Around town the larger core is ok but long trips under a load it was just a little too much for me. I have no idea as to sound differences between different brands of mufflers. Kinda depends on engine work and cam selection. Then each of us hears differently too. The Fullsac conversion is cheap enough so if it's not to your liking you tried the cheap way first. Check the classifieds over on cvo forums. I've seen the different used Fullsac cores for sale over there.

I have the 2. inch cores. Did not swap out head pipe and no need for a Tuner. Perfect for me. Ive done the whole HeadPipe, Tuner, Dyno thing on other bikes. This 1 I am keeping it simple.
You can call me crazy but just changing out the cores was like taking a choke collar off the motor

I have the 1.75 core, it is a little louder than stock and has a deep sound. I had these on my 2013 SERK and I have the same on my 2015 SESG. Love them.

2.25" with the screens and the fuelmoto 2-1-2 headpipe. Also have the Powervision and the Target Tune with the wide bands.

Sounds great, runs great couldn't be happier.

That's the cool thing about the Ful Sac replacement Cores, you can buy two or three and change them with your mood. Remove the nut and bolt, pull the core. Put in a replacement and reinstall the nut and bolt, back in business with a new sound. The guys I ride with like the sound.
