CVO Mods
Hello,
I did some searching on the forums, but nothing was quite as specific as I needed it to be.
I wanted to upgrade the bars on my 07 softail springer CVO to some Carlini 16" apes. I want to verify the size is 1.25". Also a rough price estimate of everything I'd need to get this done, obviously the bars and cables. I plan on doing the work myself and I did see some usefule guides here for installing apes.
I just figured, there really wasn't a CVO only section for mods etc, so I thought I'd get it started.

I had carlini apes on my 08 CVO springer. I know it was about 8 hours labor at my HD dealership, don't recall the exact cost for everything. The apes I used were specifically made for springers. However, I needed to order shims to go between the bars and riser clamps, got them from wild one chubbys.
